NO MORE.
NO MORE: The Campaign for Safety and Accountability in Alabama's Prisons. KMSG designed, built, and managed the impact communications engine and campaign behind HBO's award-winning documentary The Alabama Solution, turning an Oscar-nominated film into a movement that families could carry to the Capitol steps in Montgomery, into their voting booths and oversight committee hearings, into churches, offices, schools, and prisons across Alabama, and to communities nationwide.
A film opened the door.
The campaign walked everyone through it.
Over the past several months, one objective organized everything: make the reality inside Alabama's prisons impossible to ignore.
NO MORE launched in October 2025 to carry the attention from The Alabama Solution into sustained pressure for reform. Families, advocates, and faith leaders stayed at the center of the work, grounding it in the lived experience of the people the system has harmed through violence, neglect, and unchecked power.
Communications cannot fix a broken system on its own. It can change what the public sees, what leaders have to answer for, and what families are finally able to demand. Across coordinated content, grassroots organizing, and media outreach, the campaign reached millions and moved tens of thousands to act.
What follows is a snapshot of that work; the strategy, the tools, and the early results of a movement insisting that the lives lost in Alabama's prisons are neither invisible nor acceptable. The momentum belongs to the people who keep speaking out.
The campaign earned it at scale.

Public Dollars Defending Prison Violence
What $68 million bought Alabama, and what it could have built instead. The campaign does the math the state avoids.
Designed to be impossible to scroll past.
The visual system stayed loud and disciplined: acid green, hard black, a Didone display, and a single repeating demand. The same look carried a Montgomery billboard, a national donor's feed, and a state legislator's inbox.
Thousands signed one demand.
"We are fellow Alabamians writing with urgency and grief." A single page, a single ask: no more secrecy, no more silence, no more unchecked power.
They stayed, and they moved.
